Very little of pre-war Coventry survives in the centre. Several central buildings, including the university estate, draw heat from the Coventry Heatline district network fed by the Whitley energy-from-waste plant; if your block does, the assessor records it as community heating and it is treated favourably.

Yes. We assess the flat as its own dwelling, recording the unheated shop below as a separate space. Access to the roof void is helpful but not essential; where we cannot inspect it, the assessor uses the age-based default for the block.
